Q. What is the customer portal?

A. mySiegwerk is an online portal that enables customers to interact virtually with Siegwerk 24/7. The two main functions are the webshop and color management. Customers can view their orders at any time, reorder orders, download safety data sheets, request color recipes, and go to the recipe archive and share existing recipes with other colleagues by email or print it out. This tool not only saves time but also increases your productivity.

Q. I do not have access to customer portal. How can I get access to it?

A. If you wish to access the customer portal, please send your request to customerportalsupport@siegwerk.com. We will process your request in time.

Q. I am a registered customer and forgot my password, what should I do?

A. Go to mySiegwerk's login page. Here you will find a button where you can click on 'Forgot your password'. Enter your email address which is saved on the portal and you will receive an e-mail with further instructions from us. So you can easily reset your password.
